Great property close to Disney World
We had a great family vacation at this property. The private pool was amazing and the kids loved enjoying both the private pool and large resort pool after a day in the parks. The location is close to all Disney parks and the condo was spacious and had everything you could need. Highly recommend for families traveling to Disney

Very nice rental perfect for Disney and Universal
We were very comfortable- the rental had everything we needed. Very nice secure, gated community just 10 minutes or so from all the parks. Highly recommended.

Disney and Orlando family holiday
The property had every amenity a family of four would need and we really enjoyed our stay. The location of Windsor Hills is perfect for a trip to Disney and Universal. Communication with the owners was perfect and the check in and out process very easy. We would be delighted to return in the future!

Disney trip
Our first time staying in Windsor Hills and we loved our experience at Carl and Marian’s place! The townhouse was cozy and included everything we could need, even a box of toys and some books in the kids’ bedroom which my little ones were very excited about! The patio pool included free heat and was relaxing after a long day at the parks. The resort pool was very chilly, so it was super nice to have our own little warm pool right outside the door! The management company unfortunately made a mistake entering our code so we had an issue at check-in and the management company was not reachable - but Marian despite not being local answered the phone right away ! Not the owner’s fault and mistakes happen. I would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation
This location was perfect for our family vacation. We traveled with our 2 kids (5 and 17.) and two adult friends. The house was clean, spacious, close to all attractions and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were helpful and responsive. We are grateful for a seamless stay.

Amazing Townhome!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at this townhome! We have stayed at Windsor Hills before because we love the resort, but this was definitely our favorite home to stay in. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we need and the beds were very comfortable. There were toys for our boys to play with and we all loved the pool in the back. It was heated so perfect to go in even on the cooler nights when we got back from Disney. I would HIGHLY recommend this listing and it would be our first choice when we return next time.

Fantastic for Disney
We stayed at Windsor Hills for our Disney holiday. It took between 5 - 25 minutes to get to the different parks. In our down time the property was excellent with fully equipped kitchen for wholesome evening meals, a small pool that we jumped into most evenings and the larger pool in the complex was great.
We were not disappointed and had great communication from Marian and Carl from booking to check-out.
Great price for such a beautiful house, two minutes from all the facilities and a two minute drive to a massive Walmart. Great location, great holiday. Will be staying there again.

Great Townhouse in the Summer Heat!
This property is in a great location within Windsor Hills, on an end terrace which feels very private and quiet. Just a couple of minutes walk to the club house and main pool. It was a great size for our family with 2 teenage boys, who could have a bedroom and bathroom each.
The townhouse was very clean and kept at a lovely cool temperature during the recent high temperatures. The pool was a great place to cool off in the afternoons, all 4 of us could fit in easily. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved having a coffee machine! Beds were very comfortable, so much so that we had more lazy mornings than rope dropping the parks 😅.
We hired a car and drove into the Disney parks in about 15-20 minutes. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a large Walmart which can be busy. We arranged an online order for pick up though, which was very easy.
We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, especially visiting the Disney Parks.

Home Away From Home!
We had a lovely stay here. It really was like home from home. Clean, fab location just a few minutes walk from the main facilities, and had everything we needed including travel cot (pack ‘n’ play), highchair etc. for baby. Would definitely stay here again :)

So close to Disneyworld! 
This property is so close to all the parks! The house was well equipped for a family that has small children. They provide a double and single stroller as well as a pack and play. Our kids enjoyed the pool alot after a long park day. Owners were very responsive and even heated the pool for us. Highly recommend!

Our family of five stayed in this townhome for eight days and found it to be in excellent condition. It was very clean, nice furnishings and newer kitchen appliances. All of the beds were very comfortable and the unit had ample space for all of us to be together without feeling crowded.
The townhome is located about a 2-3 minute walk to the main pool and market place. Easy access to all outside dining and entertainment places and just a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. Both the owner and management company were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.
I would highly recommend this townhome and would not hesitate to rent it again should we decide to stay at Windsor Hills again.

Great!
We just returned from our trip to Disney & Universal. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean. The community pool was just a short walk, but it was very crowded. We went during a busy time (spring break/Easter week), so we expected crowds just not to that extent at the community pool. We were glad to spend time at the private pool as a result. The location was great as we frequented Disney Springs & it was just a short drive. It is also very close to Walmart. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely home away from home
My family recently stayed at Carl and Marian's townhome. We found our stay to be just wonderful from start to finish. The owners were very easy to deal with and answered our messages promptly. The check in process at the gate went smooth. The townhome is not far from the gate and easy to find.
The home was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had walk in closets which was nice to keep your suitcase tucked away.
The pool in the backyard was so warm and nice to come home to after a busy day at the parks. It was so nice to not be charged to heat the pool.
Windsor Hills is a clean and safe community. We enjoyed the community pool area although the pool was a bit cold. It was January so we understand that it may not be the warmest. It didn't bother us much as we had a nice warm pool at the townhouse all to ourselves. We stayed at Windsor Hills once before but this was our first stay at Carl and Marian's home. We would definitely book this property again when visiting the area and would recommend it to others.

Perfect place to stay while doing Disney Vacation
We love this townhouse! It is our second time staying here while taking my grandkids to Disney. The townhouse is in a perfect location, only a 15 minute drive from WDW parks. It is so nice to each have our own rooms and bathroom. The kids can swim every day in the little pool while we get ready to go to the parks. It was nice being able to have our breakfasts at the townhouse as well as some lunches and dinners instead of depending on park food. We will definitely be back again.

Clean, roomy and minutes from Disney 
We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. Lots of room, its own personal pool, and centrally located. We were able to get to Magic Kingdom in about 15-20 minutes. And to Target, and restaurants in about 5-10 minutes. Great location for families to stay!

Great family vacation 
We absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for a family of four. I absolutely love the fact that there was a pack and play and a highchair for my one year-old. Also the fact that there were enough towels for the week and had access to the washer and dryer with laundry detergent etc. the beds were comfortable the house was clean overall I would definitely stay there again

Amazing
The location and home was much more than I expected! The house was very very clean and the rooms were spacious and fun! The kitchen had everything you needed and all the “ kitchen gadgets” you would need! The pool was small but the children loved it! I highly recommend it for families for children under the age of 10! Parking was easy and convenient and the resort pool was so entertaining…
The house within walking distance to the clubhouse and 3 mins driving distance to Walmart. Disney parks were about 15 mins. We all loved the house that we definitely want to return. The owners were kind and very patient with my family! They answered all my calls even the call at 10:15pm!!

Funtastic!
Your place was fantastic for us to rent for the week. Checking into the resort couldn't have been any easier. Thanks for all the information! Wonderful Stay!
We loved all the special touches! I won't spoil the surprise for future guests. Just wait and see. Everything we needed was in the townhouse, from dishes and baking sheets to a hair dryer and iron. It was awesome having a bathroom attached to every bedroom. This allowed everyone privacy and was convenient for getting ready quickly for our busy days. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. I enjoyed sitting on the steps of the pool and reading. Unlike staying in one of the condos at Windsor Hills, the townhouse offers a private parking space right at the front door, so loading and unloading your car is a breeze. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home.

Great Disney Vacation Stay.
We rented this townhouse for 5 days and had a great experience. There were many things to occupy the kids including a themed bedroom filled with toys and a bed rail, separate bathrooms for each room, and a nice dip pool on a corner lot. All communication with owners and property managers was pleasant and the resort amenities were nice. We were only a 12 min drive from Disney so we were able to take afternoon breaks from the parks to give our littles some rest. Two minute drive from Walmart and restaurants too. Would definitely stay again.

Great Host, clean townhouse and overall nice experience.
This host was responsive and available to answer questions. We loved the fact this was a spacious, corner townhouse which added privacy and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was cleaned well, beds were comfortable (each bedroom had its own bathroom). The accommodation/necessities included everything we needed for the few nights we stayed. Although it wasn’t “standard size”, the enclosed pool was nice at night and during the day, when we weren’t at the water park (Volcano Bay).
No fault of the host, but the pool area by the guard gate was great in the kids eyes, but in my opinion, it was very crowded and did not seem as big as it looks in the pix. Same area has video games, pool table, ping pong, etc, but requires a deposit and charges by the hour. Again, no fault of the host.
There is a Walmart right down the road as well as restaurants, gas stations, etc close by. The host provided a notebook with recommendations on where to eat, places to shop and sights to see. Check-in and check-out were also easy.
Overall nice experience, price was right, we would stay again and recommend to others.

Nice getaway

Magical Birthday Trip

Great location near Disney world

Great location

Family Trip

Very Nice!
Unit was at the end of a building so we only had one neighbor on one side. Townhouse was spacious and clean. Amenities included with the rental were great. We were close to theme parks, restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again.

Good Place to take a break
We have stayed on this property a few different times. The location of the resort and the facilities are very good. Just as past visits, this property was very well maintained and clean. We will certainly be back!

Place was wonderful!

Great Location, Clean, Perfect for Families
This townhouse was perfect for myself, husband, two kids, and mom! My kids (aged 7) loved the small private pool as well as the very big community pool. The condo was clean and there was plenty of sheets and towels for our 9 night stay. great location for Disney properties particularly Hollywood Studios. VERY close to a big Walmart (it's actually walkable if you really feel like it.) I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Disney Vacation
This was a great location for our Disney Vacation! My kids (13,11, &7) had a blast and especially loved the pool! The only recommendation I would make is to bring any spices if you plan on cooking. If you don’t there are grocery stores nearby to buy them. Disney was 15 min away. Loved it! Plenary of room for my family of 5!

Cozy Gem
The price was great and booking was a breeze. Hosts sent great instructions and loved the keyless entry. The townhome was clean and cozy, perfect room for my family of 6. Townhome pool was great for the kids. The townhome was in a secure and beautiful gated community and we were walking distance from the club house. Pool and water slides were fun. Gym was small but useable. Walmart close by. I read the reviews so came prepared with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid etc. property is in a great location close to all mail attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Home away from home
House was in great location to Disney, only 10 min from Disney . Right down the street from a Walmart… We love the property it was spacious and definitely a home away from home.. The community pool area was great for the kids .

Don't stay in a hotel

Great place to stay
The residence was very comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have our own pool. The only drawback was the minimal supplies such as garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The entry at the front gate was quick and pleasant. All in all a great place to stay.

Home away from home
We typically stay at mystic dunes, but I wanted to stay somewhere that felt like home this time. Carl and Marian’s manor completely exceeded my expectations. This is a great option if you have children or are traveling with family. This townhome had plenty of games and activities for our family to enjoy. There were even pool floats for the kids to use. Plenty of towels and linens were there as well. Walmart is on the same street, however, the Publix is under 3 miles away and you don’t have to worry about the crowds. The public pool area was large and had a lot of seating available. There was also a live dj. That whole area gave me lido deck vibes and our family enjoyed it completely. We will definitely be staying at the WDW Manor from here on out!

Excellent stay for Disney vacation! 
We loved our time at this townhouse. The beds were comfortable and the pool was AMAZING to have right in our back patio! Windsor Hills is a very short drive to Disney and a cute, quiet, safe community. We read through a lot of reviews and came prepared with our own laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc. No problem! We hope to be back someday!

Great Location!

Beautiful Townhouse! 
The owners are the best to work with! Their condo is spacious, clean, in a great location, and so cute. My kids loved the Mickey Mouse room! We enjoyed the resort pool and slides. The Disney parks are a short drive and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well. We come down at least once a year for competitions and will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the resort, it was like a home away from home compared to hotels etc.
The home was in a great location within Windsor hills, not too far into the complex and close to the community pool and playgrounds. The only downsides were noise from other residents but that was only on occasion and obviously not your fault. Oh and hedge trimmers and leaf blowers would go very early in the morning right outside the back and would wake us up. Again not your fault.
We would definitely love to come stay again in future.

We really enjoyed our stay!
The pool and water park were very nice, and they are a short walk from the townhouse. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the starter kit of kitchen supplies. Our daughter loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom and the provided toys, and the dip pool was a lot of fun for her. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The owners were great to deal with. They promptly responded to all our questions.
Renting this property was great. From the friendliness of the owners to property staff. The house was clean with comfortable beds. Labeling the light switches made it very easy to operate them.

Above and beyond expectations
Extremely close to all attractions. all we could ask for and more at the house! Every convenience was considered! Coolers, strollers, booster seats. Movies and games, toys for our girls (ages 4 & 1). Went to Disney and local attractions and our daughter says her favorite part of vacation was sleeping in "her" Disney themed bedroom and reading her bedtime stories! House was spotless, close to resort pools, waterslides, and clubhouse. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much? We’re sad to have to leave, but would love to return!!

Villa near the parks.
A lovely villa, very clean and comfortable and really is an easy 10/15 min journey to the parks. The resort is secure and well run although convenience store quite basic. Large Walmart only minutes away though.

Excellent rental location.
My family and I stayed for a few days while we visited Universal. The place is located adjacent to Disney and is about a 25 minute drive to Universal which we didn't mind. The on site pool is a great way to spend an afternoon of freedom from the parks. I would absolutely stay here again.

Disney Trip.

Clean and plenty of space
My family (2 kids 6 and 8, and 3 adults) stayed for 8 nights. The rental was very clean and had room for all of us to have our own space.
The splash pool at the rental was great. So convenient to stay at the house instead of dragging everyone out to the community pool. We used the community pool on 1 day. It was nice but the water was cold- the family did enjoy the hot tub though. The kids loved their Disney themed room and bathroom and we all loved that my mom was able to have her own bedroom on the 1st floor. Each bedroom had a large closet. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed- including a blender. WiFi worked as well as our WiFi at home and was not complicated. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and great pillows. We had a company deliver a scooter/ecv for grandma to use in the parks (Disney). There was plenty of space to store it and charge the batteries in the kitchen. This property is close to Disney. The bulk of the drive each day was on Disney grounds.
Communication with the owners was good- always a quick response leading up to our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando/Kissimmee.

Beautiful Home With Everything You Need and More
We stayed in Carl and Marian's vacation home for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay. You can tell they have gone to great trouble to make sure they have thought of everything guests may need--from extra bedding and towels to kitchen items to accessories for the pool. The home is beautiful, exceptionally well-kept, and was perfect for our group of 6. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, sheets were soft and pillows were fluffy or firm (they had both). The townhouse itself is very open and spacious so you are not on top of each other. Carl and Marian did a great job getting us every bit of information we needed on the front end and were VERY responsive to any question or request we had. 
My husband said we'll never stay anywhere else when visiting Disney!

Did not dissapoint!
This was our 3rd stay at Windsor Hills (2nd stay at WDW Manor) and once again it did not disappoint. Fantastic location for all the parks and close to some good restaurants when eating out at night. Windsor Hills is so quiet and very secure with good on site amenities. The house itself is clean and spacious, a real home away from home and good value too. 5 stars from me.

It was so easy to work with you on this rental and we received all the communication we needed and all questions were answered.  The townhome was clean and well kept. We felt comfortable staying in your townhome. The resort was very busy. The weather did not cooperate and the pool was closed a lot but again this is really noting in the resorts control. It certainly will be a nice addition when the water slides and splash park open. 
I would recommend your place in the future.

This property was amazing, very nice and neat, it had everything we needed to have a great vacation experience and provide rest.The pool was awesome after walking all day in the sun at Disney, the market by the club house was amazing they had everything you needed including good ice cream lol!!! Nothing short of amazing!
Our experience at WDW manor townhome was nothing short of amazing. All questions prior to booking were
answered in a very timely response. Upon arrival to the gated community, check in was a smooth process. Once
reaching the townhome we were amazed with the beautifully decorated and furnished home. It was spotless
and very well maintained. I personally loved the Disney themed room, as I am a huge Disney fan! We utilized the
sparkling pool and patio for relaxing after our long days at Disney. An added bonus to our stay were the well-
maintained grounds, clubhouse, community pool, and many other amenities. For our future trips to Orlando, we
will always be using WDW manor. It’s the perfect home away from home.

What a great place to stay!!!
Carl & Marian, we enjoyed your town house very much. It worked great with having a bathroom in each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make morning breakfasts and several evening meals. The patio pool area was just perfect and my grandsons just loved the splash pool. Perfect size for them, ages 11 & 8. The distance from the park was great, it was just the traffic to get back that was frustrating. That was no fault of yours, it was just a very busy time to be in and around the parks. My husband had just two suggestions, one is that the pillows needed to be updated in the master bedroom and there could be brighter lighting in the master bathroom. We would definitely rent from you again and it was a pleasure to be in contact with you. You were always very helpful in answering all my questions. That was one reasons I went with your Townhouse. Thank you.

Great location! Close to everything!
Splash pool is fabulous and complex is building new water slides at the big pool. Plenty of towel and dishes and laundry on sight is key! Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay-your home was nice and clean, we loved the pools and people were kind and friendly (and quiet) around us. I purchased a pool ball and two noodles that I left on the the side next to the pool. Not the kind of things you can take home on a plane. Cleaning guy touched base with us and was super attentive. Clubhouse staff was friendly and offered great advice. Grocery delivery went smooth through Publix. The only issue we had was some trouble navigating the TV. A TV guide Chanel list and play station instructions may have helped. There seemed to be an issue with the volume on the tv in the downstairs bed room and I did call the management company that explained the source settings needed to be changed in order for the cable to come on. They were so nice and helpful and it was an easy fix. We look forward to returning when the water park and hot tub are open. The townhouse was so spacious and my son loved the Mickey room. Thank you for all your help along the way answering questions.

​​Well thank you so much for your kind words. Thanks for buying the pool ball and noodles. Carl and I go down to the house two or three times a year. We replace the pool goggles, swimmies, and other pool toys. They either break, or are left at the big pool, like the pool towels. I did have a channel guide there. I printed it out myself. Maybe someone spilled something on it or threw it out. Next time, I'll laminate them. We've been lucky. The majority of our guests have been wonderful, like you. 
I'm glad you were happy with my management company. That means a lot. Please do keep us in mind for your next Orlando area/ Disney vacation. Thanks again for staying with us.

This rental property was the perfect getaway for my best friend and our two daughters. It was the perfect location to all popular Orlando places, and of course Disney World. It is in a gated community which I love! The outdoor pool has a safety gate providing extra safe security for any little ones. In addition to our own private pool, there was a beautiful community pool that we went to almost every day. The rental has an upstairs Disney room, with twin beds with Disney comforters that the kids absolutely LOVED! We will definitely be going back! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful girls trip to the WDW Manor! Marian was so informative and helpful during the entire process.  The complex is very secure and beautifully kept.
The Townhome is clean and comfortable and feels very homey. It's also very toddler friendly.  All the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.  The pool on the patio was so refreshing!
The location is perfect! Lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The Disney parks are also just a short drive!
We can't wait to go back and stay at Marian and Carl's wonderful Townhome!

Comfortable, clean & spacious house which had everything we needed!
Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Splash pool was a great asset too! We've stayed in this area quite a few times before but not on this site. The site is ideally located for Disney - just down the road - and the property is in a good location on the site, just a short walk to the clubhouse/pool/shop/gym etc. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Our family of 6 enjoyed a quick trip down to Orlando to visit the parks. We have stayed in multiple VRBO homes and this home was very nice, clean, good location. But what impressed me the most was how organized and attentive these owners were to what might make peoples stay even that much easier. They sent a packet with restaurant ideas, directions, and helpful tips. I would stay here again!

The whole townhouse is beautiful , neat and very clean. Lots and lots of space.
The complex offerrs everything you could ask for and adequate room so you are not fighting people for chairs at the pool or cue sticks at the pool tables or workout room madness. We went to Orlando during the busiest time of the year . This is the perfect place to stay, accessable to all the parks but not the terrible crowds or lines .
Love this place . Would go back for sure. Plus Carl and Marian are the nicest people and helped us out tremendously.
We safe and secure here with a guard at the gate and codes to use the pool and workout and game rooms. All extremely clean.

This Townhouse is PERFECT for a disney vacation.
I visted with my husband, our 2 kids, and my inlaws. As soon as we arrived, we could tell that a lot of thought was put into our comfort and enjoyment. From the kitchen stocked with all the supplies needed to prepare meals, to the kid's room which made my son SO excited, to the T.V.s in each room, to the extremely safe pool area. We were so well cared for. The stroller, high chair, and pack and play made travelling so much easier with a little one. Working with Marian and Carl was seamless and stressless. They were extremely helpful and responsive! Thanks again for a great stay!

Highly recommended!
Everything worked out great during our stay. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We had a full house, but it wasn't the least bit cramped. It was great after being out all day to take a quick dip in the pool and the house was well-equipped to fit our needs. The location was also super convenient for our few days in Disney. We'll definitely book again!

Everything we could hope for and more
​We just returned from 9 nights in this townhouse, and we're very pleased we chose it.
The photos, though nice, don't do it justice. The property is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable, with warm colour schemes, comfortable beds and lovely thick carpets upstairs to add to the homely feel.
There was so much available, such as the use of a buggy, ponchos, fast wifi, noodles and goggles for the pool, a huge range of kitchen utensils.....all practical touches we didn't expect and which made us feel at home. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions, as were the maintenance company managing the property.
The pool was lovely! So warm and clean. The location, positioned a few minutes stroll from the clubhouse, was perfect and the facilities of the complex were exceptional.
I'm sure there's more I could add, but I'll sign off by thanking Carl and Marian for a genuinely perfect stay. When we return to Orlando we won't hesitate to rent from them again, and I would recommend the property to anyone.

Great location, perfect facilities.
Stayed in this 3 bedroom townhouse for two weeks - House was great, very clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen and great splash pool out back. Easy drive to all resorts and plenty of local good restaurants. Owners Carl and Marion super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Lovely quite gated resort. We have already recommended this place to friends and will definitely rebook should we return to Florida.

Wonderful property, perfect location for the parks
We just returned from a wonderful visit to Disney World and Universal Studios over the Christmas holidays.
​Carl and Marian's townhouse is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the parks, and a world away from the traffic and crowds. Grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you need is conveniently accessed just a few blocks away. The property is exactly as described, very clean, well-maintained and comfortably furnished. Although we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked with all necesssry appliances and cookware. We particularly loved the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom, and the private heated pool. Carl and Marian were so easy to work with, and provided excellent information (with photos) regarding directions, check in, and access to the property. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful townhouse to anyone planning a visit to the Orlando area parks. Thank you, Carl and Marian!

Beautiful home in a convenient location! This town home is beautiful and roomy!
Our stay here was amazing. The bedrooms are so nicely decorated. My kids loved the Mickey room. Marian and Carl go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need, right down to a list of all the tv channels :)
The personal pool out back was a hit with our kids. They loved the convenience of having it right out the sliding door.
My family really enjoyed staying here because we felt right at home and to us that is important! It truly is a home away from home.
Also, the resort is gorgeous with plenty to do!
It was so convenient being close to the parks.
Our vacation was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful Marian and Carl.
We will be back again!

NICEST and CLEANEST AROUND FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY
